Acceptable use and delegated access

Authorized use only

Do not use BEON PASS for unauthorized access, credential theft, fraud, spam, exploitation, harassment, unlawful surveillance, infringement or prohibited activities. Do not evade provider licensing, account-sharing rules, sanctions, rate limits, security controls or organization permissions. You must have rights to delegate each account and resource, including authority to disclose relevant third-party data to an AI client.

Communications and consequential actions

Before sending messages, making calls or recording communications, obtain required consent and permissions, comply with opt-outs, registrations, sender rules and destination laws. An approval click does not establish recipient consent. Do not use unattended actions for safety-critical systems or regulated decisions without a separately approved arrangement and required safeguards. Do not submit payment-card secrets or regulated health records unless we have expressly agreed to a supported compliant arrangement.

Availability and enforcement

Do not use the service where the transaction, party, destination or end use is prohibited by applicable sanctions/export law or provider restrictions. BEON may review suspicious activity and proportionately suspend access. Report abuse or security concerns to info@beonlimited.com without including credentials.
