Request a Data Processing Agreement

If your organization needs BEON to process personal data on its instructions, contact info@beonlimited.com to complete a Data Processing Agreement and its schedules before that processing begins. It must identify the parties, purposes, data types, subjects, security controls, subprocessors, locations, instructions, rights assistance, incident response, deletion/return and audit arrangements. Transfer mechanisms and representatives must be completed where applicable. This page is not an executed DPA or Standard Contractual Clauses.
