Terms of Service
Operator and contact
BEON PASS is operated by BEON LIMITED, United States. Mailing address: 401 Adams Street, Floor 3, Toledo, OH 43604, United States. Email: info@beonlimited.com. Contact us about the service, privacy, billing, security or complaints. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or recovery codes.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern BEON PASS, together with the Billing Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age your country requires to consent to online services on your own. We do not offer a parental-consent exception below that minimum. If you are under 18 or below the age of legal adulthood where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and permit your use before you use BEON PASS. If you are that parent or guardian, you agree to these Terms for the permitted use. You must also meet the age and permission requirements of each connected provider and AI client; BEON PASS does not override them. Paid subscriptions must be purchased and managed by a legally capable adult. Organization owners and administrators must be adults with the necessary legal authority. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it within your authority. Organization administrators control membership, connections, permissions and billing. A paid personal plan does not pay an organization’s subscription.
The service and your authorization
BEON PASS stores and uses authorized access to connected services. Connect only accounts and resources you are entitled to use and delegate. A provider’s licenses, user-seat requirements, restrictions, charges and terms continue to apply. Sharing access through BEON PASS does not expand those rights. You retain ownership of your data and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide, protect and support the service and as otherwise described in the Privacy Notice.
AI clients, approvals and Autopilot
Authorizing an AI client can permit reads and writes within the access you grant. Depending on the integration, an operation may use a BEON PASS exact-action approval, the AI client’s confirmation policy, or an active standing Autopilot grant. Native-client delegation is not proof that a human confirmed each action. Autopilot can execute covered actions without asking again until revoked or expired. Review scope, resources, duration, organization policy and potential provider charges. AI requests may be incorrect; BEON PASS does not guarantee their accuracy or outcomes. Certain secret inputs require a separate protected entry step.
Organization responsibilities
Administrators must connect organization-owned or otherwise properly authorized accounts, give appropriate notices to members and people whose data is processed, maintain lawful instructions, and remove access when it is no longer needed. Authorized administrators can view membership and permitted activity, including selected changes. Joining an organization does not grant access to every connected resource. Team billing belongs to the organization; an invitation alone is not a billable seat.
Revocation, cancellation and deletion
Revoking BEON access stops future authorized use after revocation takes effect; it cannot undo an already completed provider action. Disconnecting removes BEON’s stored connection credentials; separate revocation in the provider may be necessary. Canceling BEON billing does not cancel third-party subscriptions. Account and organization deletion remove access but may leave limited audit, contract, support, tax and backup records under the Privacy Notice. Contact us for a privacy request even if self-service deletion is blocked by organization ownership.
Subscriptions and consumer protections
Prices, renewal, active-human billing, cancellation and refunds are described in Billing Terms and at enrollment. You can use the privacy and billing-request routes without buying a paid plan. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies, withdrawal rights or rights to complain to a regulator or competent court.
Availability, suspension and changes
We take reasonable care to operate and secure the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every provider or AI client. We may restrict access to address abuse, legal requirements or security risks. Where practical and lawful we will give notice and a route to resolve the issue. We will notify you of material contractual or price changes before they take effect, obtain new agreement where required, and preserve applicable cancellation and refund rights. Archived versions identify what you accepted.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
BEON retains rights in its service, software and branding; providers retain theirs. Do not copy or misuse protected materials. We limit access to confidential customer information to authorized people and vendors who need it for permitted purposes, subject to applicable confidentiality duties. Feedback may be used to improve the service without transferring ownership of your underlying customer data.
Responsibility and limitations
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential business losses, and our aggregate contractual liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees paid to BEON for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer remedies. They do not excuse our statutory privacy or security obligations. No guarantee is given that a third-party or AI-generated action is appropriate for your circumstances.
Complaints and applicable law
Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a problem. Mandatory laws and consumer rights applicable to you remain effective. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive class proceedings, access to courts, regulatory complaints, or rights that cannot be waived. Any separately signed enterprise agreement takes precedence for its expressly covered subjects.
